1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the GCK Management System mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a business management platform designed for Global Conquered King ("GCK") group business operations. It provides:
- Voucher and order management
- Inventory and warehouse tracking
- Payment recording and approval workflows
- Delivery management and tracking
- Damage reporting and documentation
- Business reports and analytics
3. User Accounts
- Accounts are created by the system Administrator
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must notify the Administrator immediately of any unauthorized access
- The Administrator may deactivate accounts at any time
4. User Roles and Access
The App enforces role-based access control. Your access is limited to the features assigned to your role:
- Admin: Full system control including approvals, user management, and reports
- Sales Staff: Assigned customers only, voucher creation, payment recording
- Warehouse Staff: Assigned warehouses only, receiving, deliveries, damage reports
- Shareholder: Read-only access to financial reports
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App only for authorized GCK business purposes
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
- Not reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, including:
- Voucher amounts and quantities
- Payment records and receipt photos
- Inventory counts and damage reports
- Customer and product information
7. Approval Workflows
- Certain actions require Administrator approval before taking effect
- Stock changes occur only upon approval of receiving records
- Payment and credit balance changes occur only upon approval
- The Administrator's approval decisions are final
8. Intellectual Property
The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Global Conquered King and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- GCK is not liable for any business losses resulting from App downtime or data errors
- GCK is not responsible for decisions made based on reports generated by the App
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for using the App
10. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by internet connectivity or third-party services
11. Termination
Your access to the App may be terminated or suspended by the Administrator at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
